PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN GUIDED INQUIRY TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR CALON GURU IPA PADA MATA KULIAH INTERAKSI ANTARA FAKTOR-FAKTOR FISIK

Abstract


The study aims to know the influence of guided inquiry toward learning outcomes of science teacher candidate. The effort is to maximize the lecturing process in actively involving science teacher candidate. The research is included as a pre-experimental with using One Group Posttest Design. The research subjects are 30 students of Science Education Study Program semester IV for academic year 2014-2015 who take lecturing subject of interaction between physical factors. The study had been conducted into two stages. They are preparation and implementation stages. The result of study shows that leaning base-guided inquiry gives positive influence toward learning outcomes of science teacher candidate. The result obtained is in good category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis Guided Inquiry terhadap hasil belajar calon guru IPA. Upaya ini untuk memaksimalkan proses perkuliahan yang melibatkan calon guru secara aktif. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pre-experimental dengan One Group Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian adalah 30 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan IPA semester IV 2014-2015 yang mengambil mata kuliah Interaksi Antara Faktor-Faktor Fisik (IAFF). Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahan penerapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran berbasis guided inquiry berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar calon guru IPA. Hasil belajar mahasiswa calon guru IPA yang diperoleh berada pada kategori baik.
