HUBUNGAN DAYA LEDAK LENGAN DAN DAYA LEDAK TUNGKAI DENGAN KEMAMPUAN JUMP SHOOT PADA PERMAINAN BOLABASKET SISWA SMA NEGERI 4 MAKASSAR

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara daya ledak lengan dan daya ledak tungkai dengan kemampuan jump shoot pada permainan bolabasket siswa SMA Negeri 4 Makassar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 4 Makassar dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 60 orang siswa putra yang dipilih secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi dengan menggunakan sistem SPSS Versi 12.00 pada taraf signifikan 95% atau  a 0,05. Bertolak dari hasil  analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Ada hubungan yang signifikan daya ledak lengan dengan kemampuan jump shoot pada permainan bolabasket siswa SMA Negeri 4 Makassar, terbukti nilai ro = 0,780 (P < a 0,05); Ada hubungan yang signifikan daya ledak tungkai dengan kemampuan jump shoot pada permainan bolabasket siswa SMA Negeri 4 Makassar, terbukti nilai ro = 0,862 (P < a 0,05); Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara daya ledak lengan dan daya ledak tungkai dengan kemampuan jump shoot pada permainan bolabasket Siswa SMA Negeri 4 Makassar, terbukti nilai Ro = 0,866 (P < a 0,05).

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the relationship between explosive power arm and leg explosive power with the ability to jump shoot the basketball game high school students Makassar District 4. This study includes a descriptive type of research. The study population was all high school students Makassar District 4 with a sample of 60 students study a chosen son of random sampling. Data analysis techniques used were correlation and regression analysis techniques using SPSS system version 12:00 on 95% or a significant level a of 0.05. Starting from the results of data analysis, this study concludes that: There is a significant relationship with the ability to arm explosive jump shoot the basketball game high school students Makassar District 4, proved the value of ro = 0.780 (P <a 0.05); There is a significant relationship limb explosive power with the ability to jump shoot the basketball game high school students Makassar District 4, proved the value of ro = 0.862 (P <a 0.05); There is a significant relationship between explosive power arm and leg explosive power with the ability to jump shoot the basketball game of students SMA 4 Makassar, proved the value of Ro = 0.866 (P <a 0.05).
