SINTESIS SERBUK NANO TITANIUM DIOKSIDA DAN IDENTIFIKASI STRUKTUR KRISTALNYA

Abstract


Telah dilakukan sintesis serbuk nano titanium dioksida (TiO2) dengan menggunakan metode kopresipitasi berbahan dasar titanium klorida (TiCl3) serta identifikasi struktur kristal menggunakan perangkat lunak Match!, Rietica dan Origin.  Titanium dioksida diperoleh dengan menggunakan bahan dasar titanium klorida (TiCl3) yang disintesis menggunakan metode kopresipitasi. Serbuk TiO2 yang diperoleh selanjutnya dikarakterisasi menggunakan metode difraksi sinar-X untuk mengetahui struktur kristal yang terbentuk. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sampel TiO2 memiliki fase anatase dengan derajat kekristalan sebesar 79.20 persen serta estimasi ukuran kristal sebesar 9.41±2.13 nm dengan nilai parameter kisi a = (3.782907±0.002221)Ǻ, b = (3.782907±0.002221)Ǻ, c = (9.478310±0.005931)Ǻ.
