Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is the Pare-Pare City Education Office. The main problems faced by partners are (1) the limited knowledge of teachers about the basic values of entrepreneurship that should be owned by school residents, including by students in elementary schools; (2) the limited skills of teachers in integrating entrepreneurial values in the teaching and learning process in all subjects at the elementary level; (3) limited teacher skills in designing programs that can integrate entrepreneurial values in extra-curricular activities and in school culture. The method used is training in designing programs to be able to internalize entrepreneurial values, which in turn is expected to contribute to the creation of an educational environment in elementary schools that can encourage the growth of the soul, character, and or entrepreneurial behavior for students in elementary schools. The training is carried out through a participatory model with the icare approach (introduction, connection, application, reflection, and extension). The results achieved are: (1) partners understand the core values of entrepreneurship that should be owned by school residents, including by students in elementary schools; (2) skilled partners in integrating entrepreneurial values in teaching and learning in all subjects at the elementary level; (3) skilled partners in designing programs that can integrate entrepreneurial values in extra-curricular activities and in school culture
