Analisis Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) Masyarakat Desa Nelayan di Kabupaten Takalar

Abstract

Abstract:  Specifically the purpose of this study was to obtain information about: 1. Description of the education level of the fishing village community in Takalar District, 2. Description of the income level of the fishing village community in Takalar District, 3. Description of Clean and Healthy Behavior of the fishing village community in Takalar District, 4. The relationship between the level of education and the clean and healthy behavior of the fishing village community in Takalar District, 5. The link between the level of income and the clean and healthy behavior of the fishing village community in Takalar District. The population in this study were households in the Takalar District Fisherman Village. Sampling was done by purposive sampling to select research samples according to the purpose of the research conducted. While the respondents will be randomly determined as many as 10% of the area chosen to be the sample, so that the number of respondents selected as many as 103 people. The results of the study, as follows. 1. Description of education level the family head of the fishing village community in Takalar District is at a low level of education because most of the community education level only reaches the elementary school level, 2. Description of income level The head of the fishing village community in Takalar District is at medium income level of Rp. 1,500,000-2,500,000, 3. Description of the clean and healthy behavior of residents of fishing villages in Takalar Regency are in the good category. The behavior of clean and healthy living (PHBS) of the community in the fishing village of Takalar Regency obtained from observations and questionnaires shows that most fishing communities have implemented indicators of clean and healthy behavior, 4. The link between education and clean and healthy behavior shows significant results. The statistical test results show a square-test that the significance value of the obtained p value is 0.003. Therefore, the significance value obtained is <5% (0.05), the results indicate a significant correlation between the level of education with clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) in the fishing village community in Takalar District, 5. The link between the level of income and clean and healthy living behavior shows significant results. The statistical test results show a square test that the significance value of the obtained p value is 0.004. Therefore, the significance value obtained is <5% (0.05), the results show a significant relationship between the level of income with clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) in the fishing village community in Takalar District.
