Pengaruh Tuntutan Kerja Terhadap Burnout Pada Perawat Rawat Inap Di Masa Pandemi COVID 19

Abstract


Perawat instalasi rawat inap memiliki beban kerja yang tinggi khususnya ketika covid 19 menyebabkan bekurangnya sejumlah SDM sehingga mengakibatkan terjadi peningkatan beban kerja, tekanan waktu, dan stress pada perawat. Jika  hal ini tidak segera diatasi, maka perawat akan mengalami kejenuhan fisik, mental dan emosional yang juga disebut burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tuntutan kerja terhadap burnout pada perawat rawat inap di RSUD Labuang Baji. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 134 perawat yang bekerja di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Labuang Baji. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara tuntutan kerja dan burnout pada perawat di RSUD Labung Baji dengan nilai signifikan (B=0,413, p=0,00). Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa makin tinggi tuntutan kerja maka makin tinggi burnout pada perawat. sebaliknya makin rendah tuntutan kerja maka makin rendah burnout pada perawat.
