Abstract


This article discusses the application of expressive writing program in public devotionals at the unified islamic elementary school (SDIT) Azzahrah Gowa. The main purpose of this activity is to help students better express and manage their emotions through an emotional education approach. Expressive writing program involves freely writing about feelings, thoughts, and personal experience to reduce stress and to promote psychological well-being. In this service activity, students are given guidelines and support in expressive writing through the form of learning activities (BKP) with student assistance assistance. The results of this activity are expected to help students develop better emotion - expressing skills and improve their psychological well-being.
