Abstract


The development of the competence of the state civil apparatus is one of the important things that must be continuously developed. One of the things that can be done is to carry out training. The purpose of this activity is to provide coaching and mentoring training as an effort to improve the quality of competence of the state civil apparatus. Participants in the implementation of the activity were 32 lecturers from the Regional Human Resources Development Board of West Sulawesi Province. The method of carrying out pre- implementation interview activities and implementing coaching training. The results of the implementation of the activity show that this activity is effective and able to be useful in improving the quality of the competence of the state civil apparatus. that must be continuously developed.
