Abstract


PT. Media Kreasi Abadi is one of the companies that is a partner in the Certified Independent Study and Internship Program (MSIB) organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The program opens opportunities for students to develop themselves and prepare for a career. With the MSIB program, it is hoped that students can become skilled, trained, and motivated human resources to excel in the workplace. However, the problems currently faced by PT. Media Kreasi Abadi is that there has been a change in the divisional structure of the mobile developer which has resulted in a mismatch of duties and responsibilities with levels of ability and unclear work targets. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to carry out job analysis and determine Key Performance Indicators (KPI) at each position level in the mobile developer division. This service is expected that students can understand more about the duties and responsibilities of each position level in the mobile developer division and it is hoped that with the key performance indicators (KPI) students can achieve work targets during the internship. The results of the dedication show that job descriptions, work specifications, competencies, and KPIs are following the current conditions of the company. The job description contains information regarding the identity of the position, main functions, responsibilities, indicators of success, authority, and work relations. Job specifications include education, age, and work experience. Competence includes hard skills and soft skills. The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) contains information related to the KPI dictionary, setting targets and weights for each indicator, and determining KPI scores using minimize calculations
