Abstract


As an educated person, it is hoped that he will be able to overcome the problems he faces, of course while studying at school there are many problems that must be faced, due to the different requirements that must be met. from the need for adaptation to the environment with the need for learning tasks that must be carried out. All the problems faced by students are actually a learning process for them to be stronger in facing the realities of life in the future. To overcome this, it is necessary to have psychological education about school stress with the aim of reducing school stress and helping student learning processes. The psychoeducational training in this service is comprehensively designed to train students in the use of educational psychology by incorporating relaxation materials as part of stress management and self-instruction training, which can then be applied to students. After doing self instruction, students reduce stress in learning
