Abstract


The school period is a period used to determine one's career, especially school students. Career decision making is an important thing that can affect the future. Good career planning can have an impact on a person's ability to make decisions. One way for students not to choose the wrong major is to make the right career planning that suits their interests. The psychoeducation activities provided to 30 high school students are expected to improve their career planning. How to measure the level of achievement of the success of this activity is in the form of giving pretests and posttests given before and after psychoeducation is carried out. based on the results of pretest and posttest conducted, it can be concluded that career planning psychoeducation to improve career decision making of high school students has a significant increase.
