Persepsi Sosial Generasi Z dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) Normal terhadap Positivitas Tubuh

Abstract


This research is based on the many cases of individuals who view themselves negatively and do not accept the condition of their bodies. So, the aim of this research is to reveal the perceptions of generation z individuals who have a normal Body Mass Index (BMI) in viewing themselves positively. This research uses a qualitative approach. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling technique. The subject in the research were 3 people. Data collection uses the interviews, analyzing it, then drawing conclussions. The results of this research state that body positivity is indeed felt by those as generation z, who already love and accept love and accept the condition of their bodies, so that the three respondents can conclude that their perception of their body image is positive about it, and are grateful for the condition of their bodies.
