Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar kontribusi promotion focus pada employee well-being. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling dengan subjek yang berpartisipasi sebanyak 111 orang guru Pondok Pesantren yang telah mengisi kuesioner skala promotion focus dan employee well-being. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan program IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dapat diketahui p = 0,160 (p>0,05) sehingga Ho diterima Ha ditolak Artinya tidak terdapat kontribusi promotion focus terhadap employee well-being pada guru pondok Pesantren X.
