Abstract


Human resource management has an important role for an organization. The Human Resources Department, or as some call it the personnel department, usually has responsibility for recruitment and selection. This is done by an organization with the aim that the human resources received are human resources who are competent and able to carry out the tasks assigned with full responsibility, so that organizational goals can be achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze how important the role of recruitment and selection of workforce is to the success of an organization's goals. The method used is a literature study that is applied by combining the sources obtained and then associated with the topic of the problem in a systematic and interconnected manner. The results obtained show that the role of recruitment and selection shows that human resources are competent and responsible for the tasks assigned. It has been proven that the better the recruitment and selection, the better the employees will be.
