Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Survey, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (SQ4R) untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas V

Abstract
The issue of this research is the low Indonesian Language learning outcomes related to reading comprehension of fifth grade students at SDN 80 Mattiro Bulu, Pinrang Regency. This research used qualitative approach by using Classroom Action Research. The data analysis technique of the research is qualitative descriptive by grouping the data of teacher and student aspects. The results of the teacher teaching’s observation in cycle I is in sufficient category (C), cycle II is in sufficient category (C), and cycle III is in good category (B). In student learning activities observation, the first cycle showed poor category (K), cycle II showed sufficient category (C), whereas cycle III showed good category (B). This is affected on student learning outcomes. The first cycle is in the poor category (K), the second cycle is in sufficient category (C) the third cycle is in good category (B). The finding of this study is that by applying the Survey, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (SQ4R) learning model, it can improve Indonesian Language learning outcomes in reading comprehension skill of fifth grade students at SDN 80 Mattiro Bulu, Pinrang Regency.
