Abstract


Abstract. This paper addresses the some of the strategies and characteristics of culture of excellence in research in achieving world class university. This short review acknowledges that the growing excellent number of research activities which focus mostly on the areas of health and medicine, followed also by the other field of sciences. Building research culture encounters some challenges worldwide.
