HUBUNGAN KEKUATAN PERAS TANGAN DAN KECEPATAN REAKSI TANGAN TERHADAP PUKULAN FOREHAND PERMAINAN TENIS MEJA

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kekuatan peras tangan dan kecepatan reaksi tangan terhadap pukulan forehand permainan tenis meja. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa FIK UNM Jurusan Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga yang telah memperogramkan mata kuliah tenis meja dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 60 orang mahasiswa putra yang dipilih secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi dengan menggunakan sistem SPSS Versi 15.00 pada taraf signifikan 95% atau  a 0,05. Bertolak dari hasil  analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada hubungan yang signifikan kekuatan peras tangan terhadap pukulan forehand permainan tenis meja, terbukti r₀ = 0,950 (P < α_0,05), (2) Ada hubungan yang signifikan kecepatan reaksi tangan terhadap pukulan forehand permainan tenis meja, terbukti r₀ = 0,676 (P < α_0,05), dan (3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan kekuatan peras tangan dan kecepatan reaksi tangan terhadap pukulan forehand permainan tenis meja, terbukti R₀ = 0,950 (P < α_0,05).

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the relations of power wring their hands and arms to the reaction speed game of table tennis forehand. This study includes a descriptive type of research. The study population was all students of FIK UNM Department of Education has memperogramkan sports coaching courses table tennis with a sample of 60 students study a chosen son of random sampling. Data analysis techniques used were correlation and regression analysis techniques using SPSS system version 15:00 on 95% or a significant level  of a_0.05. Starting from the results of data analysis, the study concluded that: (1) There is a significant strength to squeeze the hand game of table tennis forehand, proved r₀ = 0,950 (P < α_0,05), (2) There was a significant association reaction speed hand to the game of table tennis forehand, proved r₀ = 0,676 (P < α_0,05), and (3) There is a significant strength of the reaction rate wring their hands and arms to the game of table tennis forehand, proven R₀ = 0,950 (P < α_0,05) .
