PENGARUH SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMK NEGERI 1 BUNGORO KABUPATEN PANGKEP

Abstract

This study aims to describe the supervision of the headmaster, teacher performance, and how much influence the supervision of headmasters on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro Pangkep. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the population of all teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro Pangkep totaling 109 people. Determination of the sample as much as 50 percent with sampling techniques are Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling of the population. So that the number of samples in this study were as many as 55 people. Data collection techniques used there are four, namely through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. For the analysis of the data in this study used a descriptive statistical analysis using percentage, mean and standard deviation. Furthermore, this research inferential statistical analysis using simple regression analysis were used to test the hypothesis.
