The Influence of Learning Motivation on Accounting Learning Activities in High School Students in Makassar City

Abstract


Based on the results of the analysis simple linear that has been carried out, the results obtained from a simple linear analysis of learning motivation Y = 7.647 + 0.824X, which means that for each addition of one value of learning motivation, the value of learning activities increases by 0.824. From the results of the person product moment correlation analysis, it was obtained a correlation of 0.798 and a positive value in the interval 0.600 – 0.799 which is in the strong category, which means that the influence of learning motivation on learning activities is strong. From the results of the t-test analysis, the significance value is 0.001 <0.05, which means that the learning motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the accounting learning activities of class XII students at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar, thus the hypothesis is "accepted". From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (KD) it was obtained that the value of R2 = 0.636 or 63 percent and the remaining 37 percent was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
