Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of student engagement on student boredom at SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba. The objectives of this research are (1) to find out the description of student engagement in SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba students. (2) To find out the description of learning saturation in SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba students. (3) To determine the effect of student engagement on learning saturation in SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba students. The approach in this research is quantitative research with the type of correlational research. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 10 Bulukumba with a population of 311 students and the sample in this study was 165 students. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple regression analysis, all data obtained, processed using the SPSS Windows Release 22 program. Based on the results of the validity and reliability test, it shows that the statement items in the questionnaire are valid and reliable. Student engagement and student learning saturation.
