The Effect of Mathematical Logical Intelligence on Student Learning Outcomes in Accounting Learning in High Schools

Abstract


This study aims to determine how the influence of logical mathematical intelligence on the learning outcomes of accounting material for class XII social studies students at SMA Negeri 1 Wonomulyo. The variables in this study are logical mathematical intelligence as the independent variable (X) and learning outcomes as the dependent variable (Y). The population in this study were all students of class XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Wonomulyo as many as 129 students, the sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling so that a sample of 56 students was selected proportionally in each strata. Data collection techniques using tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis of mathematical logical intelligence and learning outcomes are in the less category. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, a simple linear regression equation model is obtained Y = 52,359 + 1,628, which means that if there is an addition of one value of mathematical logical intelligence, the value of learning outcomes will increase by 1,628.
