Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type on student motivation in the economics subject of accounting material for class XII IPS at SMAS Al-Qur'an Babussalam. The variables in this study were the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model (X) and learning motivation (Y). The population in this study were all class XII students at SMAS Al-Qur'an Babussalam. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique with a sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentage descriptive analysis techniques, instrument testing and hypothesis testing. Instrument test consists of validity test and reliability test. While the hypothesis test consists of simple linear regression analysis, and t test.
