The Role of Tutor Pursuit of Package C in Improving Learning Outcomes of Residents Learning at the Community Learning Center in Sinjai Regency

Abstract


This study aims to determine the role of Tutor Kejar Paket C in Improving Learning Outcomes of Learning Citizens at PKBM Batu Tellue, North Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. This research uses a qualitative research approach with the type of case study research. The subjects of this study were Package C tutors, Package C residents and the head of PKBM Batu Tellue, Sinjai Regency. Data was collected using the Interview, Observation, and Documentation Methods. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation , and conclusion drawing. Triangulation is used to explain the validity of the  data by using various sources and methods. The results showed  that tutors at PKBM Batu Tellue, Sinjai Regency, carried out their roles as informers, motivators, facilitators, mediators, and evaluators. Researchers can conclude. Based on the results of the study, it will be concluded that the role of the Tutor Kejar Paket C in improving the learning outcomes of the Learning Citizens at PKBM Batu Tellue, Sinjai Regency is as an Informer, Motivator, Facilitator, Med iator and Evaluator. The management of the Batu Tellue PKBM in Sinjai Regency prioritizes Learning Citizens to increase enthusiasm and encouragement in participating in the learning process so as to improve learning outcomes for learning residents.
