Application of the Course Review Horay Type Cooperative Learning Model to Improve Primary School Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract


The problem in this study is that the learning outcomes of class V students have not met. The problem in this study is how to apply the course review horay type of cooperative learning model about improving the learning process about unity and integrity in class V UPTD SPF SD Negeri 219 Madekkang, and can the applying of the course review horay type of cooperative learning model of improve the learning achievement about unity dan integrity in class V of UPTD SPF SD Negeri 219 Madekkang. The research is a classroom action research which aims to determine the process of applying of the cooperative learning model type course review horay about unity and integrity in class V and to determine the increase in learning achievement about  the unity and integrity of student in class V by applying the course review horay type cooperative learning model. The approach  used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, tests, and documentation. Research subjects are teacher and student which amounted to 12 student. The research was carried out in two cycles. In cycles I the result of the learning process research are in good qualifications and the result of the learning tests are in low qualifications. Whereas in cycles II the result of the research on the learning process are in good qualifications and the learning test results are in good qualifications. The conclusion in this study is that the applying of the course review horay cooperative learning model can improve the process and learning achievement about unity and integrity in class V UPTD SPF SD Negeri 219 Madekkang, Soppeng district.
