Abstract

The results showed that most participants had a low level of awareness of potential injury hazards in the outdoors. Common injuries involved falls, sprains or hypothermia, and were often caused by a lack of physical preparation, inadequate equipment or non-compliance with safety guidelines. Therefore, further efforts are needed to improve socialization and education about the risks and preventive measures that can be taken by participants. This study concludes that increasing participants' awareness and understanding of the dangers of injury during outdoor exercise can reduce the incidence of injury. Recommendations include providing better information, safety training, and promoting safe behaviors during outdoor sports activities. As such, this study contributes to efforts to improve the safety and well-being of participants in exercising in outdoor environments.
