Abstract


A holistic approach can be carried out through education and awareness, this activity is carried out through counseling methods by changing teenagers' understanding of the importance of the education they are currently pursuing, then through emotional skills, this activity is carried out where teenagers are taught to utilize social media and technology as a place to manage emotions . This activity is carried out using counseling methods and active participation. The counseling phase is carried out for 60 minutes, of which 40 minutes is a listening session, the student tells what he experienced, the next 20 minutes is the solution providing phase. Based on the results of the education and assessment carried out for 60 minutes, several student responses were shown as follows: at the beginning of the educational session, students began to ask about the process of controlling emotional and psychological conditions that are not regulated when facing several problems, especially in the family, although some others have not too focused on receiving material and assessments.
