IMPLIKASI TEORI BASIS EKONOMI DAN PERUBAHAN STRUKTUR SEBAGAI PENENTU PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAERAH

Implikasi Teori Basis Ekonomi dan Perubahaan Struktur sebagai Penentu Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui potensi sektor ekonomi berdasarkan sektor basis dan perubahaan struktur ekonomi dalam menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah.  Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini lebih banyak ditekankan pada penelitian data sekunder, berupa data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten Bone dan data Produk Domestik Bruto (PDRB) Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan untuk periode tahun 2007-2011. Data tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Location Quotient (LQ) dan analisis Shfit Share. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Sektor-sektor ekonomi yang menjadi sektor basis di Kabupaten Bone yaitu, sektor pertanian; sektor bangunan dan sektor jasa-jasa dan berdasarkan indikator pembentukan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto terjadi pergeseran struktur ekonomi di Kabupaten Bone dari sektor pertanian ke sektor jasa-jasa.

ABSTRACT

Implications of Economic Theory and Amendment to the Base Structure as Determinants of Regional Economic Growth. The aim of this study, Knowing the potential of the economic sector by sector basis and the change of the economic structure in supporting regional economic growth. The data used in this study more emphasis on secondary data research, the data in the form of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) regency of Bone and data Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of South Sulawesi for the period 2007-2011. The data were then analyzed using the analysis Location Quotient (LQ) and analysis Shfit Share. The results showed that the economic sectors into a sector basis in Bone regency, namely, agriculture, construction and services sector and the establishment of indicators based on the Gross Regional Domestic Product of a shift in the economic structure regency of Bone from agriculture to services.
