Abstract


This study aims to determine the quality of the National Health Insurance (JKN) Mobile Application Service at the Toddopuli Health Center Makassar. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations, and documentation. The checking of the validity of the data is done by means of technical triangulation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the National Health Insurance (JKN) Mobile Application Service at the Toddopuli Health Center Makassar has not run optimally. This is indicated by the Toddopuli Makassar Health Center that has not been able to implement service delivery through the Mobile JKN application as expected by patients using the JKN Mobile Application. In providing health services for patients using BPJS Health, the Toddopuli Makassar Health Center has been able to provide quality services, because among 7 aspects of the quality of health services according to Wahid Iqbal Mubarak, namely according to standard service procedures, have the necessary competencies, supported by physical evidence, according to the code of ethics , Can satisfy the patient, Can satisfy the service staff and Helpful the Toddopuli Makassar Public Health Center is able to fulfill 5 aspects.
