PENGARUH LATIHAN SMALL SIDED GAMES TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENGGIRING BOLA DALAM PERMAINAN SEPAKBOLA PADA SISWA SMK NEGERI 5 MAKASSAR

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan small sided games terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola. Dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen lapangan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa Putra SMK Negeri 5 Makassar dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang yang diambil secara proposive random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t pada taraf signifikan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan small sided games terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa SMK Negeri 5 Makassar, terbukti t₀ = 9,403 > t_t = 2,145, dan (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan small sided games dan kelompok kontrol terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola pada siswa SMK Negeri 5 Makassar, terbukti t₀ = 2,478 > t_t = 2,048.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to investigate the effect of small-sided training games against dribbling skills in the game of football. By using the method of field experiments. The population is students of SMK Negeri 5 Makassar son with a sample of 30 people who were taken by proposive random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the t-test at 95% significance level. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant effect of small-sided training games against dribbling skills in the game of football to the students of SMK Negeri 5 Makassar, proved t0 = 9.403> tt = 2.145, and (2) There is significant difference between the exercise small-sided games and group control over dribbling skills in the game of football to the students of SMK Negeri 5 Makassar, proved t0 = 2.478> tt = 2.048.
