HUBUNGAN ANTARA TINGKAT KEPERCAYAAN DAN KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KINERJA ANGGOTA DPRD KOTA MAKASSAR (STUDI PADA MASYARAKAT KECAMATAN TAMALANREA KOTA MAKASSAR)

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasi dan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada sampel dari populasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 108.984 jiwa. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan rumus slovin, Jumlah sampel 204 orang yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin akan dibagi menjadi 6 sehingga jumlah sampel masing-masing kelurahan yakni 34 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu a)Statistik deskriptif b)Uji Asumsi berupa (1) Uji Normalitas, (2) Uji Linieritas, c) Uji Korelasi, d) Uji Detrminasi (R²), e) Uji t, f) Uji Korelasi Ganda, g) Uji F. Hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh korelasi antara tingkat kepercayaan dengan kinerja anggota DPRD (r) adalah 0,727. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang positif antara tingkat kepercayaan dengan kinerja anggota DPRD. Dari analisis uji t, bahwa nilai t Hitung sebesar 15,047. didapatkan angka sebesar 1,971. Karena t hitung > t (15,047 > 1,971), artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepercayaan terhadap kinerja anggota DPRD Kota Makassar.Hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh antara tingkat kepuasan dengan kinerja anggota DPRD (r) adalah 0,809, menunjukkan terjadi hubungan yang positif antara tingkat kepuasan dengan kinerja anggota DPRD. Dari analisis uji t, t hitung > t (19,572 > 1,971),ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepuasan terhadap kinerja anggota DPRD Kota Makassar.Dari analisis korelasi ganda di atas diperoleh korelasi antara tingkat kepercayaan dan tingkat kepuasan terhadap kinerja anggota DPRD Kota Makassar (R) adalah 0,827, terjadi hubungan yang positif antara tingkat kepercayaan dan tingkat kepuasan terhadap kinerja anggota DPRD Kota Makassar. Dari analisis uji F, didapatkan bahwa nilai F Hitung sebesar 217,205. Berdasarkan F Tabel didapatkan angka sebesar 3,04. Karena F hitung > F Tabel (217,205 > 3,04), maka Ho ditolak, artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepercayaan dan kepuasan terhadap kinerja anggota DPRD Kota Makassar.

This study is a quantitative research using correlation and descriptive approach. This research was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of the population. The population in this study is 108 984 inhabitants. While the sample is determined by a formula slovin, number of samples of 204 people who obtained using the formula slovin will be divided into 6 so that the number of samples each village that is 34 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling.Teknik data analysis used is a) Descriptive statistics b) Test assumptions are (1) Normality Test, (2) Test of linearity, c) Correlation, d) Test Detrminasi (R2 ), e) Test t, f) correlation Ganda, g) F. Test results of correlation analysis obtained correlation between the level of trust with the performance of members of parliament (r) is 0.727. This shows that there is a positive relationship between the level of trust in the performance of legislators. From the analysis of the t test, that the value t count amounted to 15.047. obtains the figure of 1,971. Because t count> t (15.047> 1.971), meaning that there is a significant relationship between the level of confidence in the performance of legislators Makassar.Hasil obtained correlation analysis between the level of satisfaction with the performance of members of Parliament (r) is 0.809, showed a positive relationship between the level of satisfaction with the performance of legislators. From the analysis of the t test, t> t (19.572> 1.971), there was a significant relationship between the level of satisfaction with the performance of legislators Makassar.Dari multiple correlation analysis is obtained correlation between the level of trust and satisfaction with the performance of legislators Makassar ( R) is 0.827, occurs a positive relationship between the level of trust and satisfaction with the performance of legislators Makassar. From the analysis of the F test, it was found that the value of F count of 217.205. Based on figures obtained Table F of 3.04. Since F arithmetic> F table (217.205> 3.04), then Ho is rejected, it means that there is a significant relationship between the level of trust and satisfaction with the performance of legislators Makassar.
