Peran Otonomi Dan Keberfungsian Keluarga Terhadap Inisiatif Pertumbuhan Pribadi Kaum Muda Di Era Pandemi

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran faktor otonomi dan keberfungsian keluarga terhadap inisiatif pertumbuhan pribadi  kaum muda di era pandemi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian merupakan  individu emerging adulthood sejumlah 224 orang dengan kisaran usia antara 18-25 tahun. Data diambil secara daring dengan menggunakan  teknik sampling non-probability, dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberfungsian keluarga dan otonomi mampu berperan sebagai faktor prediktor inisiatif pertumbuhan pribadi. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa otonomi dan keberfungsian keluarga secara simultan berperan dalam memprediksi inisiatif pertumbuhan pribadi pada  kaum muda di masa pandemi, dengan sumbangan efektif otonomi sebesar 30.7% dan keberfungsian keluarga sebesar 3.6%.
