Abstract


Education is a means of learning for students to improve their knowledge and skills in life. As students, children also have the right to learn, the right to life, the right to quality education, and the right to protection. Bullying can occur without knowing the student's background and can occur at any time. It can cause feelings of anxiety, fear, resentment, and even hatred that make the victim want to end his or her life. These students may develop feelings of hatred towards teachers, high school students, or their own friends because they are jealous of the competition they face. The sociology of law itself is a theory about the relationship between legal rules and social reality. From a sociological perspective on society, a country's laws provide the only attitude. In fact, other laws are also effectively obeyed by society. From a sociological point of view, all violence and bullying are the actions of the perpetrator.
