Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of using the blended learning model on students learning activity in the structural analysis course at the Department of Civil Engineering Education and Planning, Makassar State University. The independent variable in this study is the use of a blended learning model, while the dependent variable is the activeness of students learning in the structural analysis course. The population in this study were students majoring in Civil Engineering and Planning who were programming a structural analysis course in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, while the sample was 56 students of the Civil and Building Engineering Study Program (D4) batch 2020. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, the value of R = 0.400 and the value of tcount > ttable (3.211 > 2.004) at a significance level of 5%. It can be concluded that the use of the blended learning model has a positive with nalue R2 = 0,160 (16%) and significant effect on students learning activity in the structural analysis course at the Department of Civil Engineering Education and Planning, Makassar State University.
