Abstract
This study aims to determine the compressive strength of concrete and the amount of cement volume reduction in green concrete. This study uses a descriptive method consisting of two stages, namely the manufacture of concrete samples for examination of compressive strength and flexural strength. The stage of calculating the volume of concrete to find the reduction in the volume of cement with green concrete. The results showed that the use of green concrete can meet the compressive strength of the concrete plan and can reduce the use of cement in the manufacture of green concrete so as to save costs.
