Abstract


Technology is an important element in the process toward digital entrepreneurship 4.0, being able to collaborate better through personalization. Personalization through a device allows optimal use of technology and empowers entrepreneurs in business processes. One of them is virtual reality (VR) technology, which can improve the quality of business processes when promoting sales. The application of virtual reality affects business performance in the fields of marketing, sales, and operations. The development of digital entrepreneurship requires collaboration between three parties, namely the government, universities, and industry. The potential of Virtual Reality can increase the contribution of the global economy and can help to improve the economy. Marketing strategies through virtual reality can increase consumer presence.
