Abstract


"Quality of Public Services in the Field of Marriage Registration at the Office of Religious Affairs, Kahu District, Bone Regency". Thesis. Public Administration Science Study Program. Makassar State University Postgraduate Program. Supervised by Andi Cudai Nur and Muhammad Guntur. This study aims to determine the quality of public services in the field of marriage registration at the Office of Religious Affairs, Kahu District, Bone Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique used is source triangulation. The data analysis technique used consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the quality of public services in the field of marriage registration at the Office of Religious Affairs, Kahu District, Bone Regency was good. Judging from the dimensions of reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), competence (competence), courtesy (courtesy), credibility (credibility), access (access), and communication (communication) is good and one dimension is physical evidence (tangible) not good. While the supporting factors for improving the quality of public services in the field of marriage registration at the Office of Religious Affairs, Kahu District, Bone Regency, are Government Apparatus. And the inhibiting factor for the quality of service in the field of marriage registration at the Office of Religious Affairs, Kahu District, Bone Regency, namely the absence of awareness from the public about service procedures that must be obeyed.
