Peningkatan Keterampilan Tukang dan Buruh Di Desa Bontolangkasa Selatan Kecamatan Bontonompo, Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan

Abstract

Craftsman and workers who get new types of work to building or renovate houses are still less efficient and effective in carrying out work in the field. There are various obstacles and mistakes when reading the image or the process of processing takes place. This service uses demonstration and example methods, with a participatory training approach at the location of South Bontolangkasa Village, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The results of the PkM show that with the skills training for artisans and laborers, partners are increasingly understanding about the importance of knowing the standardization of construction management. Partners find it very helpful to explain the importance of reading drawings and their application techniques in the field. The self-confidence of a craftsman and workers becomes sure after getting the skill training.
