Pengaruh Pembelajaran Jarak-jauh (online learning) di masa Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Pengembangan Disposisi Berpikir-kritis Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika FT - UNJ

Abstract


Critical-thinking Disposition dianggap mempengaruhi Critical-thinking Skill dan Problem-Solving mahasiswa, sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan secara empiris apakah strategi pembelajaran jarak-jauh secara online di masa pandemi Covid-19 dapat mengembangan Critical-thinking Disposition mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika FT-UNJ. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode Quasi-Experiment dengan model One Group Pretest-Posttes dengan strategi Project-Based Learning (PjBL) sebagai variabel perlakukan dan skor Critical-thinking Disposition sebagai variabel-terikat dengan sampel sebanyak 93 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika FT-UNJ yang mengambil Mata Kuliah Elektronika, Teknik Pulsa, dan Mata Kuliah Pengolahan Sinyal di semester Genap 2020/2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh data-empiris, terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata Critical-thinking Disposition dari 158,92 (pretest) menjadi 162,47 (posttest) dengan N-Gain = 0,0957 (kategori rendah atau tidak efektif). Nilai korelasi (Pearson Correlation) antara skor Pretest dan Posttest diperoleh sebesar 0,8348 (sangat-kuat), dan berdasarkan uji-t diperoleh t-Hitung sebesar 4,5708 > nilai t-Tabel(0,05;38) One-Tail sebesar 1,6616 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa strategi PjBL secara signifikan dapat mengembangkan skor Disposisi Berpikir-Kritis mahasiswa dengan efektifitas-rendah. Data empiris hasil penelitian tidak mendukung atau bertentangan dengan teori yang menyatakan bahwa Critical-thinking Disposition sebagai suatu sifat mahasiswa yang tidak-dapat diubah dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran berbasis Student-center.
