Abstract

Having popular sewing skills and big capital to open
a convection business. The development of convection
business from year to year is significant and not a few also
influence because the management is still traditional or
conventional. In order to increase added value and provide
employment widely for members of the convection business
group and solve the problems they face, the solutions offered
are: (1) Humanitarian Training in the field of production that
can be used for the development, training and companion of
equipment maintenance, (2) Training training and machine
maintenance assistance, (3) training and training on business
management specifically, activities that allow it to develop,
and (5) good training and financial assistance. Business groups
can perform financial performance, and (5) Policy assistance
in developing their business. The desired outcome in this PKM
activity are (1) quality products that are expected by
consumers, varied and innovative, such as Muslim clothing,
kebaya, men's toddlers, bro pants, pillow cases, book covers,
hair clips and others), ( 2) The occurrence of an increase in the
amount of production due to an increase in demand will
increase the number of sales (the maximum is expected to be
at least 10% per week), (3) The occurrence of market waste
with the formation of existing entrepreneurs, (4) The existence
of PT in electronic media, and (5 ) Scientific publications in
journals.
