Kematangan Karir dan Kompetensi Pribadi Konselor di Era Digital 4.0

Abstract

Abstrak. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is Muhammadiyah University Palopo. The problems are: (1) lack of career maturity in guidance and counseling students, (2) lack of personal competence in guidance and counseling students, and (3) lack of competitiveness of guidance and counseling students in the 4.0 era. The targets are (1) increasing student career maturity, (2) increasing the personal competence of student counselors for guidance and counseling, (3) increasing competitiveness in the digital era 4.0. The methods used are: training, discussion, brainstorming, and peer counselor community. The results achieved are (1) partners have good career maturity as guidance and counseling students, (2) partners understand and have the counselor's personal competence, and (3) partners have competitiveness in the digital era 4.0.
