Abstract


Abstract.The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM)partner is HIMPAUDI, Pangkep Regency. The problem is: The lack of knowledge of teachers and parents about how to serve children who are friendly to children's growth and development, training needs to be done so that teachers and parents understand the stages of child growth and development according to their age so that children can develop optimally. The external target is the phenomenon of the parenting model in PAUD institutions so far is that a small proportion of parents take part in assisting children in learning activities, because parents think that children's education in schools has been left to the teacher. In addition, there are habits of parents who are not good at caring for and educating their children, such as: parents often scold their children, parents spoil their children too much, parents lack courage in their children, parents sometimes give examples of words that are not good and do not deserve to be imitated by child. This is an act that is not good to the child. In fact, there are still parents who do not pay attention to children's behavior, this is shown by parents who rarely participate in consultations with teachers to monitor children's development and behavior, and there are still parents who do not monitor the development of children's abilities while at home.
