Abstract

Abstract: This Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is SMP Negeri 1 Duampanua, Pinrang Regency. The main problem faced by partners is the limited insight they (educators and students) have about various things that are important to do in preventing bullying behavior, whether when they become victims of bullying, or see bullying events, until when the person concerned experiences the trauma of bullying, including how to build friendships that are free from bullying. The method used is training for educators to educate students to prevent bullying from themselves, which in turn is expected to contribute to the creation of a school environment that supports the creation / formation of friendship values in order to create friendship relationships that respect each other among students at school, and keep them away from violence, and in turn, there are opportunities to create a school environment that is free from bullying. The training is carried out through a participatory model. The results achieved are: (1) partners understand the meaning, type, cause and punishment of bullying; (2) partners understand their strategic role in preventing bullying; and (3) partners who are skilled in educating students to prevent bullying from themselves. These results provide an opportunity for the maximum strategic role of teachers in helping to prevent bullying in schools
