Abstract


Abstract.  Coffee is an abundant type of plant in Enrekang Regency. Lack of equipment and simple technology for making coffee preparations is a major problem experienced by partner groups. The solutions offered: (1) training and mentoring into durable products of high economic value, (2) training and packaging guidance (3) Product marketing strategies. The goal to be achieved is to increase the income of the partner groups which will lead to an increase in the welfare of the community and local original income. . The method used is (1) to determine the focus of the problems and activities that will be carried out, including conducting intensive discussions with partners. (2) Training and demonstration, (3) Program Monitoring and Evaluation, (4) Reflections on program implementation to see all the strengths and weaknesses of the program and its implementation, (5) Consolidation and improvement of programs that are still lacking. The results of the activity show that the community and business / farmer groups easily absorb simple technology in processing coffee roasters and coffee grounds
