Business management is conventional / traditional, so that business development is less developed and tends to be chosen as a side business. 3) Lack of ability of the two partners to meet market demand, both in quantity and quality, so that the level of business revenue is less than optimal. 4. The village government has not been able to accommodate the interests of artisans, there is no center of craftsmanship, there are no institutions / bodies that foster craftsman skills, so that the contribution of traditional crafts to the Lengkese village PAD is still relatively small. Solution for the implementation of PPDM in the first year is that economic aspects are carried out through 1). The number of craftsmen increased by 10%, the easy generation has begun to be interested in craftsmen. 2).
