Abstract


The Community Partnership Program (PKM) are teachers in cluster IV and V Early Childhood Education institutions in Manggala District, Makassar City. Partner problems are: (1) do not have a correct understanding of who is classified as a child with special needs (ABK), (2) do not understand how to identify and assess ABK, (3) do not understand how to develop a curriculum, syllabus and lesson plans that are appropriate with the needs of ABK, (4) do not understand the concepts and technical implementation of inclusive education in Early Childhood Education institutions. The results achieved are able and skilled teachers to identify and make ABK assessments, comprehensive understanding of how to develop curriculum, syllabus and lesson plans through adaptations and modifications that are tailored to the results of the assessment, and understand how to implement inclusive education services at Early Childhood Education institutions.
