Abstract

The purpose of community service is to increase motivation, interest and skills in basic techniques of Gowa Regency soccer school students through coaching clinic in the game of basic football techniques. The solutions offered are: Improve skills and pay attention to mastery in basic techniques of playing football such as dribbling the ball, passing and stopping the ball in SSB students Sheikh Yusuf Gowa Regency. Through this Community Service activity, the types of outcomes produced are: 1). Applying partners on mastery in basic techniques of playing football such as techniques without the ball, with the ball, dribbling, passing, and stopping the ball on SSB students Sheikh Yusuf Gowa Regency namely 2) Educating SSB students Sheikh Yusuf Gowa on motivation and interest in playing football. Basic dribbling technical skills performed by SSB student Sheikh Yusuf are still below average at the time of the initial test. This is caused by a less upright posture, the imposition of a ball with the surface of the instep of the foot that is less precise, the head less upright to be able to see the field well. According to Mielke (2003: 53) states that; "Dribbling can be a very powerful weapon when carrying out attacks and is a deft defense skill." Therefore, to get the basic techniques of good herding is very necessary continuous training. Based on the description of some of the indicators contained in the basic technical ability to play football above, there are factors that affect student test results, such as: physical conditions, this is very necessary to apply the entire movement of technical abilities in playing football. Thus that the level of basic technical skills of soccer students or SSB Sheikh Sheikh students is at a good level, so it is necessary to increase the basic movement skills of football in football coaching clinic participants in order to get optimal results, as well as more attention to the physical condition factors for every SSB student Sheikh Yusuf. Through the activity of the Community Partnership Program, the resulting output targets are 1) Proceedings at the National UNM Makassar seminar, 2) Media on line, 3) Partners capable or increasing basic technical skills, as well as motivation and interest in playing football in SSB Sheikh Yusuf in Gowa Regency.
