Abstract: This research aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of the learner of organizational life with the use of HOTS worksheet in class VII B MTsN 2 Maros. This study is a classroom action research carried out in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018 consisting of two cycles. Stages of classroom action research are planning, execution, observation and reflection. The reflection result from cycle I becomes the reference of improvement for cycle II. The research instruments include: observation sheets that measure the liveliness of learners, the learning outcome test measures the level of learners' understanding and documentation. The results showed that the effort of using HOTS worksheets can improve the effectiveness and learning outcomes. The effectiveness of effectiveness in the learning process based on the five indicators of attention, cooperation and social relations, express opinions or ideas, problem solving and discipline.
