Abstract


Abstract:     The aim of this pre-eksperimental research is to know the achievement of science learning result of students of grade VIII SMPN 1 Mallusetasi taught with SiMaYang model based on multiple representation on Material of Optical Instrument). This model is success if the the individual mastery of learning and the achievement of indicator of learning reach over than 80%. The independent variable is SiMaYang learning model based on Multiple Representation and the dependent variable is the learning outcome of the students on the subject matter of the optical instrument. The population was grade VIII SMPN 1 Mallusetasi consisting of 6 classes with 156 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and it was found grade VIII1 with 26 students. Data was collected using posttest and analyzed with descriptive and inferensial statistic. The results are obtained that the average value of learning outcome is 83.25 with individual mastery learning as 84.61% and the indicator achievement of optical instrument as 81.26%. On the hand of inferential statistical analysis found that  tcalculated=12,06 higher than t(0,05;26)=1,078 where  tcalculated˃ttable  so H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the achivement of learning outcomes scince of students who taught by SiMaYang model based learning multiple representation over 80%.
