Abstract


Abstract:  This type of research is Ex-post-facto research, because the factors collected already exist before the respondent or the symptoms that arise without any treatment, are correlation (relationship between variables). The research design used in this study is a dual paradigm with three independent variables and one dependent variable. The variables in this study are Free Variables namely Interpersonal Intelligence, Learning Style and Motivation while the Bound Variables are Learning Outcomes. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between (1) interpersonal intelligence on learning outcomes of biology; (2) motivation to learn about biology learning outcomes; (3) learning about biology learning outcomes: 4) interpersonal intelligence, motivation and learning styles towards Biology learning outcomes. The population in this study were all high school class XI students in Makale Subdistrict 2019/2020 academic year with one class sample at school. Sampling is done by stratified random sampling. The data collection techniques used are questionnaire and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation test and multiple correlation. As an analysis requirement, normality and linearity tests are carried out. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a moderate relationship between interpersonal intelligence and biology learning outcomes; (2) there is a low relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of biology; (3) there is a moderate relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation towards learning outcomes in biology.
