Abstract


Abstract:  The purpose of this study was to develop a problem-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) that was integrated with Papuan local culture to train science process skills of students in human excretion system material in class VIII Prafi Manokwari State Junior High School 07 that met valid, practical, and effective. This type of research is Research and Development (Research and Development) using 4-D development (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that: 1). Learning devices have met valid criteria based on the results of validation from experts. 2). The practicality of learning devices based on observations in the learning process is obtained (X = 3.31), (M> 2) with all the criteria implemented. 3). Learning devices that are developed effectively support learning activities based on: (a) Student responses to LKPD, namely 91.0% respond positively (b). Learning outcomes of students achieve 81% classical completeness and (c). Science process skills of students are included in the less category (48.15%).
